12S4P Molicel P42A 21700 battery pack (flexible)

Description

This battery pack has the longest range of any 12s4p battery, it can output 140A of continuous discharge for an amazing acceleration with a pretty high capacity, greater than any other cell in the market. The cells used are the Molicel P42A which has higher constant discharge rate than even the Samsung 40T but not more than the Samsung 30T between 100% and 80% of state of charge, after this the Molicel if more powerful than the Samsung 30T.

Why I use BMS for charge only?

There are some benefits on wiring a charge/discharge BMS mainly to protect the cells of overcharge and overdischarge, however this also has a really big disadvantage as you might loose brakes during an emergency braking if you battery is fully charged. For me life is way more important than taking care of cells health, this is why I build all my battery packs with BMS for charge only.
